I have had Bailiffs for a parking fine at my home which is not in my name and the person does not live at the address.

How can I take that name off my address

There is a number of things you could do:

Return the letters unopened to the post box with “Return to Sender, Not Known at this address” written on them;
Ensure this person is not registered on the electoral register as living at your address (you can do this through you local council);
Ensure this person is not linked to you on your credit reference file and if they are, submit a Notice of Disassociation, which the credi reference agency can provide you with and is free to do.
