I have copies of the cheque they cashed. Can I sue? And if I can and they declare themselves bankrupt can I still get my money back? And if they are working full time can they be declared bankrupt especially if they have no other debts?

Trustees sold my beneficial interest in property to my ex wife for about £30K less than actual share. She has not removed my name from mortgage or from title deeds.
I am in position that I legally own property, am still responsible for mortgage (which she pays).
Should the OR have transfered ownership of house.
Am i now entitled to the £30K that remains on my true share of the value?
