Partners house repo'd owes 80k they have given us 10 days to pay what do we do?

My partner had his house repo'd 2 years ago. They ignored all his letters to them and he had the house on the market for 18 months. He had one offer which the lender ignored yet they sold the house on the first day of advertising it for 30k less than he had been offered, how is this fair? He is self employed and we are paying all his debts between us. This has knocked us for 6 and we don't know what to do. We haven't got 80k and have no way of raising this. PLEASE help as I am worried about him.
