You have not given much information to give you adequate advice. I would advise you to speak to your mortgage provider, they may be able to see if you are eligible for the Homeowner Mortgage Support Scheme.
It may be that if your circumstances are not going to change then you will need to allow the repossession to go ahead, especially if you have tried all other options. I would hope by now also, that if you have unsecured debts, that you are no longer paying these and trying to pay as much as you can to your mortgage provider.
You may find later after the repossession has taken place that you incur a shortfall once the property is sold, this will be an unsecured debt at this point. If you are then unable to pay this and any other debts you will need to speak to a debt advisor who can give you advice on how to deal with it from that point.
