my partner his on the mortgage,we parted july last year I have kept up the mortgage been told to go bankrupt,and their is neg equity in the house very unlikly that I would lose the house she not working and I am can you tell me what to do please kevin

You need to speak to an advisor, this isn't something that can be answered adequately on an internet forum.

It sounds like you have already taken some advice. Bankruptcy is a serious step and I would always speak to a couple of different people just to get their perspectives on the matter.
