The short answer is no. Your wife will not be liable for debts she hasn't signed the credit agreement for.
There are longer more complicated answers about the way a couple can be seen to build up a "beneficial interest" in a property over time by contributing to the household but that will really only be an issue in divorce or bankruptcy - and there are ways and means of dealing with those issues.
