do you know a debt recovery service who operate internationally

I foolishly lent my brother-in-law £25k a couple of years ago to set up business in NZ. My wife and I are now separated and as any impending settlement she is demanding a lump sum. The brother in law is paying back the money at £450/mth but I cannot risk borrowing about £20k to pay my wife off on the strength of his word that he is going to keep paying me.
I wondered if there were any debt recovery services who would buy the loan and repay me in a lump sum and also what percentage would they charge?
