Both my now ex-wife and I where 50% share holders in a small flooring company,we decided to go limited after speaking with our accountant,unfortunately after only a few months the marriage fell apart,the bank froze our business accountant after they heard that,as far as they where concerned,the two directors where in dispute,which rendered us helpless and as a very new company all our monies where tied up in the business account,I do not have any contact with my ex wife,however I still receive letters from the tax office asking for the outstanding corporation tax,being that I still live in the family home.
