Will my mum lose her house over the divorce?

Hello :) my mum has file for a divorce and I am scared that my dad will want half of our house . He doesn't pay anything and doesn't even live in my house but his name is on it. I don't know what to do.

I am afraid this is a legal issue and so will need to contact a solicitor. Your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau can offer advice on local solicitors who do offer the first half hour free to give you some indication on where your Mum stands. Please try and contact them to see if they can help you. Goodluck!
