I am taking a sole trader to court can he leave the country

I am owed £5k by a sole trading builder he owes a total of £35k to all trades, I believe he has the money to pay so I am taking him to small claims (He as been served papers and we are waiting for a date to be set). I have recently found out that he has just bought a big new mobile home and from what I hear he is going abroad in it. Can I get an order to stop him leaving the counrty before the court case. Or can he just disappear with all our money.
