Using an IVA to protect yourself from further pursuit whilst repaying your debts to the best of your ability, does not mean that you would lose your security clearance.

The answer to this question is more likely to be found within your contract of employment or any restrictions placed by the body that issues your security clearance.

I would always advise you to check with your regulatory body, the terms and conditions of your employment or HR Department before entering into an IVA to ensure it will not affect your job.

There are certain professions you will be unable to work in if you enter into an IVA so it is always wise to check.
