Some landlords do take a credit reference and yes IVA and Administration Orders are on your file. The good news is that lot's don't.

IVA and rental property

The fact that you have an IVA should not affect your ability to rent unless you need a bank reference to secure the tenancy.

You don't need to declare your position to you Landlord.
