If you can continue to make your payments the arrangement should continue as before. If you can't it might require a variation; a new proposal and a new meeting of creditors.
Only your supervisor can advise you definitively on this - if you are already in an IVA.
If you are considering an IVA make sure you go to a provider you can trust. Speak to a couple of different debt advice charities and go with the one you feel most comfortable with.
