If my father signs his house over to me, will the IVA my husband has be affected?

Will the IVA company have the right to take this as an asset payable into the IVA?

If you aren't in an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) there shouldn't be any effect at all on your husband or his IVA. Your assets should not have been included in his proposal.

If you are in an IVA you need to discuss this with your IVA supervisor as it could be seen as a "windfall" which should be used to pay your debts.
