Yes you can sometimes - however any unexpected sum such as winnings could end up being taken by the arrangement anyway as a "windfall". If you are given money from a third party thats a different matter.

If there is enough for you to make a reasonable offer to creditors your IP should be able to advise you further and will call a meeting of creditors to consider the offer.
