i want to go in iva but my wife dosen't want to involved in this matter..


she has got own loan she dosen't want to involved in iva and she can't support to run our house but i will like to go in iva idon't have any options .i just like to know .can i give you income and outgoing money without involving mywife details

IVAs are individual voluntary arrangements and are tailored to the individual. Its usually best to look at the whole household income and expenditure just so it is definitely sustainable,
Your wife would then be given an allowance to pay her debts with.

I have seen proposals drafted on one income and half the expenditure but they are often less sustainable and harder to get past creditors. If your wife only has one debt she might not qualify for an IVA anyway. Its important to give your advisor as much infomation as possible.

Have you considered debt management? This is much less formal and usually more flexible than IVAs.
