By law your sisters debt along with another money owed to friends and family should be listed in your proposal and she should vote at the creditors meeting as her vote may help the IVA to be accepted. The bad news is she is unlikely to receive a share of the IVA revenue. It is also important to note that whilst applying for an IVA and during an IVA do not be tempted to pay your sister in preference to other creditors.
