I have just found an old savings account - it has £100 in it. Will my IVA company find out?

Its unlikely they would be interested in £100. I assume its in a bank that you don't owe any money to otherwise it would usually have been frozen and deducted from a debt.

I think it is unlikely, but it if helps put your mind at rest, tell your Insolvency Practitioner.
