I have just finished my 5th year of my IVA and am just paying the remainder of excesses

i need a new car - if i borrow money off a family member to buy a car will the IVA people take this into account so deduct from the remainder of the money i owe ?

The nature of IVA’s means they are individual contracts and without knowing the detailed conditions you agreed to it is impossible to advice you. Contact your IVA provider to discuss this further.
