Re: I have had a iva but only payed for a couple of months
Firstly any form of debt solution you undertake whether it be an IVA or anything else, you will be required at some point to obtain account numbers. If you know who you owe to, then ring them, pass security questions and ask them for the account numbers. If you don’t know who you owe to then you need to obtain your credit report, this will tell you who you owe to and then you can contact them to get the account numbers.
There is nothing stopping you from applying for another IVA, however as you are probably aware from last time IVA’s require creditor acceptance. Therefore it would be for your creditors to consider approval of another IVA. If you do have a disposable income and where unable to get another IVA approved then there are other options available to you like debt management plans. All options can be looked at by at debt advisor at an advice charity like ourselves.
