In an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) only your husband's assets should be pledged towards his debts.

Your assets should be safe unless, for example, it can be proven that your husband is hiding his money in your account. As long as he is truthful and is sticking to the terms of his arrangement he should be fine.
