my girlfriend and i bought a bed in2003(she paid with a cc), we broke up in 2009, do i have to give the bed back? it has been in my possession for almost 5 months. also, am i responsible for her cc's? my name is not on any of them. we were living in Virginia at the time and still are, plz help!
