the property I live in is owned by my partner can the creditor enforce a CCJ against it?

The creditor shouldn't be able to get a charging order (securing the debt against the property). but should be able to access all the other remedies; attachment of earnings, bailiffs etc. CCJs are a priority debt except in bankruptcy or IVAs
