Liquidation is a complex subject.

Potentially you can - if there is money available from company assets the liquidator should be able to make a redundancy payment to you - although it isn't usually a great deal of money. The booklet below explains how to calculate your redundancy payments in insolvency.

If there isn't enough money in the company to pay off the employees you can apply to the insolvency service for support.

The insolvency service also produce a booklet about insolvent companies and redundancy.
