I would guess you will be asked on your application form about defaults and county court judgements etc. I would be honest about these as if the Police find out you have lied on an application you could be serious trouble.
There must be a Police information service that can advise you confidentially on this matter.
You should have no requirement to tell anyone about a debt management plan as it's a private solution, unless you're asked, then you need to decide whether you want to tell them.

its up to you but you do have to tell certain employers i.e the police if you are bankrupt
