What evidence of car valuation do I need to provide for a DRO.

I am currently thinking about a DRO, my car is valued at about £725 according to the PARKERS Used Car Price Guide although I have seen similar on sale in garages for slightly more. What evidence of car value do I need to provide, do I need an independent valuation.
