My son needs help and he admits this. He lives in Jersey and has asked me to contact you.

Debt is ruining his life and he knows he needs to sort out. I wondered if you could ring to talk to him and advise the best action to take or point him in the right direction. There seems to be no help in Jersey for him to go to. He is nearly 30 and he feels he is a big hole.

There is always a way out of debt. To be able to advise him we'll need him or you to tell us more about how much debt he's in, his disposable income etc. This is best done by using the form that's on nearly every page on the website. We'll be in touch with some good advice soon after. You sound like a great mum so hand in there.

The CAB are active in Jersey and would seem to be a good option to try. Most other organisations are unable to do much if the debts were incurred there as the channel islands are not actually in the UK (or the EU!)

If the debts are in the UK then we should be able to advise you at the Debt Advice Foundation, email us.

And a further thought about debt and bankruptcy in Jersey and the Channel islands or indeed anywhere.

If the debts originated in the UK and you have lived or traded in the UK in the last 3 years you can declare yourself bankrupt under English law at the High Court in London.

Michael Kors Outlet

I got up early, like I always did, and started Michael Kors Outlet making breakfast. It wasn’t that hard to Michael Kors Handbags make; it was just water with some stale bread and cheese. I ate my breakfast, and Michael Kors Handbags Outlet generally got ready to go to work. Which Michael Kors Outlet Online was a job as a farmhand. Not exactly the most Michael Kors Watches exciting job in the world. I mean, I’d rather Michael Kors Shoes be a priestess or something, but I guess Michael Kors Bags farmhand is better than slave. For the most part, anyway; I was Michael Kors Purses sure that slaves didn’t have to deal with obnoxious gods.
