Hi i was in a debt management plan with the ccs and yesterday they cancelled it.
In february my lease run out of my rented house and i couldnt afford the rent increase so i had to move out.
One of my relatives used there savings so i could buy a shared ownership house for me and my son and them.
To get a mortgage i had to pay off 2 of my creditors using my relatives savings.
I was paying the ccs 150 a month over 4 creditors.
I upped my payment to 160 a month in march as i now only have 1 creditor.
the ccs said yesterday they refuse to help me anymore as i am now worse off.
In there eyes i may be worse off but my rent or mortgage wont go up for the next 5 years atleast as its fixed and long term i will own a house.
My question is can this 1 creditor force me to sell the house or take it from me?.
I am so worried now i didnt sleep last night and i have taken the day off work to try and find out what they can do to me.

If CCCS are no longer willing to work with you then you can make an arrangement to pay your remaining creditor directly. Work out how much you can afford to pay and put forward your offer to the creditor. If you cannot make an arrangement to their satisfaction then they are able to apply for a charging order to secure the debt against your house.
