question category: Debt Management

Do you know anything about a company called debt free helpline?

They talk a good talk but are a fee paying debt management agency and while they haven't knocked fee companies like CCS and payplan, they do say these companies are overburdened with clients. Any reviews/helps would be useful. Thanks

Re: Do you know anything about a company called debt free ...

I can't comment on them with any personal experience

They aren't listed as members of the Debt Resolution Forum which promotes higher standards within debt advice

They say debt advice charities such as Consumer Credit Counselling Service (and Debt Advice Foundation) are overburdened with clients. I wonder why that might be?

I think we'd all take that as a backhanded compliment.
