Can I sign a new rental agreement for a house if I have 2 defaults on my credit report. I am also under debt management at the moment.

Can I sign a rental agreement with defaults and debt management

There is nothing stopping you from signing a new rental agreement on a house. Debt management does not stop you renting a house or flat. The only thing that may make life slightly more difficult is if a landlord takes a bank reference or credit reference, but even then it may not be an issue. Good luck.
