You need to find out whether the laptop lease was taken out in the company name, you may have signed the lease agreement but done so for and on behalf of the limited company. If this is the case then the debt should have been dissolved with the limited company. However you may be liable for the debt if you offered a personal guarantee. This is a signed agreement stating that you can be personally pursued for payment should the company be unable to repay the debt. so it would be best to check your paper work.
