Each bank has their own rules on what to do with the accounts of bankrupt people. Some will close the account and others will convert it into a basic account. The only way to find out is to speak to your bank directly. Whether you can keep the money depends on how much there is and whether the Official Receiver wants to use it to pay off part of your debt.
