I had a ccj made against me in 2006 by HFC bank.
I didn't contest it due to ill health and I was ordered to pay £60 per month,and a charge was put on my property.
I recently made several requests for a copy of the original which was basically stonewalled,so I refused to pay,and filed for the order to be stayed.
The judge was not interested in the creditors behaviour,and immediately rejected my application,and kindly added £460 costs to be paid by 15/9/11.
I can't afford this.
Any suggestions?

It is unlikely that you would be able to get the judgment set aside now as it is too long after the original judgement. If you wish to get the judgement varied which may help in making the repayments more affordable then you need to complete a N245 form which you can get from the following website.
