Court order


Have a £5 per month court order with lioyds I have not defaulted. The debt has now been sold to a collection agency
Is the court order still valid. As they are saying if the payment is not increased they will enter litigation. Thank you

A Court Order is still valid even if the debt is passed on. In order for the company to start further action they would first need the court to change the order to a higher instalment rate, unless you default.
