In the UK, if you have at least one County Court Judgement or CCJ against you and you don't owe more that £5,000 an Administration Order may be used to help you pay your creditors. The county courts are the administrators of the debt. You pay them one monthly payment and they share that amongst your creditors until the debt is paid in full. Whilst the Administration Order is in place, your creditors can not take further enforcement action against you and interest on your debts will stop.
“What we like most about the help the Debt Advice Foundation provide is it’s balanced and fast. You’ll get the right solution suggested confidentially in hours not days.”
