When bankrupt, can you bank with one of your creditors? |
Ive been bankrupt for 6 months, have struggled to get a bank account, have just opened a basic bank account with barclays. My question is, one of my creditors in the bankrupcy was barclaycard. Can or will they take money from my account, if i use the account

The money in your new account with Barclays will be safe as your creditors are not allowed to take any action to recover any monies owed to them whilst you are an undischarged bankrupt. Once you are discharged from your bankruptcy your liability for any previous debts will be cleared.
