What assets can bailiffs seize from the directors home ...
Unless you have guaranteed your companies debts personally your personal property is not related to your businesses in any way and the bailiffs have no claim over it. Do not let them in, and tell them that everything in your home are personal possessions and nothing to do with your limited company. You should also write them a letter telling them that this is the case and put 'Without Prejudice' at the top.

In you question you state that you have gone bankrupt, for a full answer you must distinguish between personal bankruptcy and the liquidation of a limited company. I will assume that you are not personally bankrupt.
If your limited company has gone into liquidation you should speak to the insolvency practitioner who has been appointed as liquidator. Bailiffs are acting on behalf of creditors and should be dealing with that person if the company is in liquidation.
You have a duty as directors to co operate with the liquidator.
