Personal bankruptcy and company struck off

Having been declared bankrupt in November 2011 I was sole shareholder of a company with property assets of approx £100,000. The Trustee in my bankruptcy allowed the company to be struck off in June 2012 and I now would like to have it reinstated. I have applied for and had a Waiver Letter from the Crown Solicitor over his bona fide interest and now need to send relevant documents and late penalty fees to Companies House. Now however the Trustee says she is also going to apply for a Waiver Letter and to reinstate the company however I am told that by allowing the company to be struck off and doing nothing for over 5 years the Trustee has forfeited her interest. Does anyone have any past similar experience or able to offer advice. Thank you for reading.
