The Official Receiver can investigate your husband without his consent and question his transactions so if he was hiding his money in your account that could be reversed.
If the account is in your name and the money hasn't come from your husband recently - say in the last 2 years it should be safe.

That really depends on where the money came from in the first place.
If you paid it from your income the no it will not be included, in the same way if given to your children as birthday gifts from relatives
The trustee in bankruptcy can investigate where his money has been spent.
