You can only include debts in your bankruptcy for which you have a personal liability. If the credit card agreement is in your mothers name then she is liable for the debt and it could not be included. You would not be permitted to maintain payments to a debt that you were not legally required to pay at the same time as declaring that you were unable to meet your own credit commitments.
