how will we live if we go bankrupt

my partner and i run a hotel and we are in so much debt that we are going to have to go bankrupt as soon as we can get the money together
once this happens will we be able to sign on as we have no money as we live in the hotel how will we go about somewhere to live and will they take our car

Before you declare bankruptcy you need to take some advice. Do you own the hotel? Are you employees? How much is the car worth?

There are lots of question's we'd need to address.
