Can I resend my child to private school once I have been discharged from my bankruptcy

I am considering going bankrupt and understand that she would have to be removed from the private school when I go bankrupt. However once I am discharged (looking on the internet this seems likely to take 1 year) can I then start resending her to private school? What would happen if the Income Payment Order lasted longer than 1 year - say the maximum 3 years.

It is down to the individual circumstances of both what the Official Receiver dealing with your finances and the school you wish to send your child to think. In addition, you will be paying an IPO for 3 years, even if the bankruptcy is discharged after 1 year.
