Once a walking possession order has been signed the bailiff is entitled to return to the property and collect the goods that have been listed. If the occupant lets the bailiff in they will enter peacefully but they are entitled to force entry if they are not co-operated with. This usually would be in the form of taking a locksmith with them to enter and retrieve the goods.
