What can Bailiffs take?
What a bailiff can and can not take depends on whether they are appointed by the Magistrates Court or not.
Generally speaking. A bailiff can not take:
Non essentials like DVD players, microwaves and televisions are normally fair game.
As for your PC. If you need it for work, it should be left alone. Make sure you are able to show them how it is used for work if asked.
You may also want to take it away from the house or hide it to prevent there being any dispute over the item.
