Can a bailiff take 16yo son's possessions?

I'm just about to file for bankrupcy, my things are fair game for the bailiff but I'm worried sick about what will happen to my 16yo son's stuff like tv, stereo, xbox, camera, laptop, bmx etc etc. Truth is I didn't even buy much of it, most was family gifts over the years so it genuinely is his stuff. Do I have to ask people, incl my ex, to make a statement about what they got him?....i really hope not!

The Bailiffs cannot take any goods that do not belong to you, however the onus is on you to prove the items belong to others
