A bit more about me

I was recommended an IVA about 12 months ago. After the relatively involved proposal process it was accepted and 63% of my debt was written off. I owed £62,000 at the time and was getting further into debt every month. I was waking up at night, and I wasn’t that nice to be around. Now I am a different person and I am paying back just over £400 a month and I can manage it.

I have decided to write this diary and contribute advice to anyone else that needs it because being in debt has left its scars and I wish I had not left it too late. I want to make sure others don’t make my mistakes. It’s also nice to be nice.
