Yes Loans | www.yesloansuk.com

Yes Loans is the UK's largest credit broker in the UK, processing 50,000 loan applications every month! They specialise in providing finance to individuals that are struggling to raise finance from other companies and high street lenders. As you would expect from any loan product targeted at individuals who have bad credit, CCJ's, defaults and mortgage arrears, the amount you repay is relatively high.

They do actually mention other debt solutions like IVA's and Debt Management on their website, but we think it's safe to say that they should really be considered a loan specialist.

How we can help you make the right decision

To ensure that you get the right advice, we provide free access to expert charity debt advisors who provide unbiased debt advice. This helps those in serious debt to avoid advisors who charge excessive fees or feel it is reasonable to extend the period individuals are in debt beyond what is reasonable and logical.

I had never heard of Yes Loans until today, when I asked the caller for the company name. I have been put on hold waiting to speak to customer service to make a complaint for the last 30 mins and have been subjected to awful classical music and an automated voice assuring me that my call is important and they will deal with me as soon as possible. I have just been cut off after holding for the last 45 minutes. I have been plagued with calls for somebody who I have never heard of. I receive up to 6 calls per day from this company asking for somebody who doesnt have this telephone number. They assure me they will delete my number from their contact list. They dont and the calls keep coming. This is harrassment and something needs to be done about this company.

This company claim I have made a loan application. I have not. They ring me about 20x a day, email about 10x a day and txt 3 or 4x a day. I have been warned at work, My baby has been woken from deep sleeps and they have woken me up too. I have been polite. I have been offensive. Nothing works, on and on and on it goes. I demanded to speak to a manager and was told I would have to pay them £100 to come off the contact list!! I just rang three times, two put me on hold for a minute, then put the phone down, when I asked politely that the last one didn’t put me on hold he said ‘arigh then, have a gu day’ and put the phone down on me!! What the hell can be done about these people?
