i phoned Norton decided they weren't for me went with another company then discovered they had lifted £250 out my account without me signing any agreement when i phoned to get my money back they refused saying when i gave them my bank details on the phone i was giving them permission to take money from my account and the manager Anthony was very unsympathetic to me when i said because you have lifted that amount from my account i cant pay my mortgage this month he said it wasn't his fault i shouldn't have got myself into this mess ,and here was me thinking they would be sympathetic with him working for a debt management company was i so wrong . SO BEWARE DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT HELP YOUReviewed by: janis
