What others have said

I had never heard of them before and I actually think they were good. The lady on the phone was nice and the advice makes sense. I have been sent paper work and I now need to sign and send it back. Would I recommend them. I can't say yet as its too early.

I agree with the other reviews. They are great on the phone and very very helpful, but then hassle you constantly for a decision immediately. If they just backed off a bit and sent some information through to read and let people make an informed decision it would feel more comfortable. High pressure tactics always concern me as I got caught out before with First Plus! However it seems as though they are trying to do their best and only time will tell.

Information is good but major bad point is they continue to hassle you with pushy sales tactics i think they should ease up on phone calls demanding when paperwork will be received and allow people to consider all options. To allow for a more informed veiw instead of in my opinion taking advantage of vunerable people in desperate circumstance.
