I had never heard of them before and I actually think they were good. The lady on the phone was nice and the advice makes sense. I have been sent paper work and I now need to sign and send it back. Would I recommend them. I can't say yet as its too early.Reviewed by: GH

I agree with the other reviews. They are great on the phone and very very helpful, but then hassle you constantly for a decision immediately. If they just backed off a bit and sent some information through to read and let people make an informed decision it would feel more comfortable. High pressure tactics always concern me as I got caught out before with First Plus! However it seems as though they are trying to do their best and only time will tell.Reviewed by: RI

Information is good but major bad point is they continue to hassle you with pushy sales tactics i think they should ease up on phone calls demanding when paperwork will be received and allow people to consider all options. To allow for a more informed veiw instead of in my opinion taking advantage of vunerable people in desperate circumstance.Reviewed by: ar
